We make every effort to be as accurate as possible in describing our catalog items. All are guaranteed to be as represented. We do, however, offer a 7-day return policy consisting of a full refund less shipping upon receipt of the item in its original shipped condition. To qualify for a full refund less shipping, you must notify us by email within 7 days of the date of receipt. Do not return items without prior email notification, as this may result in delivery after the 7-day deadline. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

This is how it works. Once an item has been ordered, payments are divided evenly in three or four installments over a period of as many months. The first credit card installment is paid at the time of the order, then the others each month thereafter. Upon completion of all payments, the item is delivered. No interest is charged.
